- Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on all mattress orders within India. No additional shipping charges will apply unless you opt for expedited or special delivery options.
- Expedited Shipping: If you require expedited delivery, additional charges may apply. Please contact our customer service team to inquire about the rates.
2. Delivery Time
- Standard Delivery: Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days, and delivered usually in 5-7 business days from the date of dispatch, depending on your location.
- Expedited Delivery: If you choose expedited shipping, delivered in 2-3 business days from the date of dispatch.
- Remote Areas: For remote or hard-to-reach areas, delivery may take longer than the standard time frame. We will keep you informed if delays are expected.
3. Delivery Process
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email or SMS with your tracking details. You can use the provided tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery.
- Order Processing: Orders are processed from Monday to Saturday, excluding national holidays. Any orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

We currently ship to all major cities and towns across India. If your location is outside our standard delivery areas or international, please contact us before placing an order to confirm shipping availability and charges.

6. Shipping Delays

7. Receiving Your Order
Upon receiving your order, please inspect the packaging and product for any damage or defects:
- If you notice any damage during delivery, do not accept the package and immediately contact us at support@shakshi.com for assistance.
- If you receive the product and later find any issues, report them within 48 hours of delivery to arrange for a replacement or return.

Please ensure that the shipping address and contact information you provide at checkout are correct. Shakshi is not responsible for missed or delayed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.
