Return Policy

At Shakshi, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our products. If for any reason you are not entirely happy with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free return policy to ensure your peace of mind.


1. 100-Night Trial Period

We offer a 100-night or 100 days trial on all mattresses. If you are not completely satisfied with your mattress within 100 nights of receiving it, you can return it for a full refund or exchange, subject to the following conditions:

  • The mattress must be in good condition, without stains, tears, or damage.
  • The trial period begins on the day you receive the mattress.
  • Custom-made or non-standard size mattresses are not eligible for the 100-night trial.

2. Return Eligibility

We have 10 days return policy from the date of product delivered. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused or in a condition fit for resale.
  • Returned in its original packaging (where possible).
  • Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.

If the product shows signs of misuse, damage, or stains, it will not be eligible for return.


3. Return Process

If you wish to return a product, follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email us at sales@shakhiproducts.com or call our customer service team within the 100-night trial period to initiate a return.
  2. Product Inspection: Once we receive your return request, we will arrange for a pick-up and inspect the product for any damages or signs of wear.
  3. Refund/Exchange: If the mattress passes inspection, we will process your refund or arrange for an exchange product will be delivered within 7-10 business days.

4. Refunds

  • Full Refund: If you return your mattress within the 100-night trial period and it passes inspection, you are eligible for a full refund of the purchase price.
  • Refund Process: Refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 7-10 business days after the returned product has been inspected and approved.
  • Shipping Costs: We offer free returns on all orders, so you won’t be charged for the return shipping.

5. Exchange Policy

If you wish to exchange your product for a different model, size, or firmness:

  • Contact us within the 100-night trial period.
  • Once the original product is returned and inspected, we will send you the replacement product within 7-10 business days.
  • If the new product is of higher value, you will be required to pay the difference.

6. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, we will offer a free replacement or full refund. Please notify us within 48 hours of receiving the item, and we will arrange for an immediate replacement at no extra cost. Damage or defective products will delivered within 7-10 business days or refund will be credited to original payment method in 7-10 business days. 


7. Non-Returnable Items

Certain products are not eligible for returns:

  • Custom-made or non-standard size mattresses.
  • Used or stained mattresses.
  • Accessories like pillows, mattress toppers, and bed linens, unless they are unopened and in their original condition.
