2. Orders and Acceptance
All orders placed on our website are subject to acceptance by Shakshi. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including product unavailability, errors in pricing or product information, or suspicion of fraudulent activity. In such cases, we will notify you and provide a full refund if necessary.
3. Pricing and Payment
- Pricing: All prices listed on our website are in INR and inclusive of applicable taxes, unless otherwise stated. Prices may change without prior notice, but once your order is confirmed, the price will not be affected.
- Payment Methods: We accept all major credit/debit cards, net banking, UPI, and digital wallets. Payment must be completed at the time of purchase.
- Security: We use secure payment gateways to ensure your payment information is protected. However, we are not liable for any unauthorized transactions or security breaches on your end.
4. Shipping and Delivery
- Delivery Areas: We offer delivery services within India. For international shipping, please contact our support team.
- Shipping Charges: Free shipping is available for all orders. For expedited shipping or special requirements, additional charges may apply.
- Delivery Time: Standard delivery time is 5-7 business days from the date of order confirmation, depending on your location.
- Delays: While we aim for timely deliveries, Shakshi is not responsible for delays due to unforeseen circumstances, such as weather conditions or logistical issues.
5. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds
- Return Policy: You may return the product within 10 days of delivery if you are not satisfied, provided the mattress is unused and in its original packaging. Customized or used products are non-returnable.
- Refund Policy: We offer a 100-night trial on our mattresses. If you are not satisfied within this period, you may request a return and a full refund.
- Exchange Policy: In case of any manufacturing defect or damage during delivery, we will offer a replacement at no additional cost. Please inform us within 48 hours of receiving the product to initiate an exchange.
6. Product Warranty
All Shakshi mattresses come with a warranty of 5-10 years, depending on the product. The warranty covers manufacturing defects but excludes damage caused by improper use, wear and tear, or failure to follow care instructions.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on the Shakshi website, including text, images, logos, and graphics, is the intellectual property of Shakshi or its licensors. You are not permitted to use, reproduce, or distribute any of this content without our written consent.
8. Limitation of Liability
Shakshi will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our maximum liability will be limited to the cost of the product you purchased. This limitation applies to any claims related to the purchase of our products or services.
